The Story

Bohemian Nomads is an online community established in 2017 for travel tips, and advice. Bohemian Nomads are dedicated to giving a platform for Nomads to connect and be inform of the places we travel.

The Founder, Andrew Lukman, graduated from Universitas Pelita Harapan with a degree in Medicine. Through his studies and his life, he was fortunate enough to travel across the globe. As the stamps on his passport grew, as did his eagerness to create a platform where travelers or "Nomads" as he refers to them can connect to share cultural experiences, traveling advice and general tips on how to make a trip less stressful than finding a toilet in a country where no one speaks English.

Currently, the biggest trip Andrew has been on was his Europe trip in 2014, where he ventured 27 cities in a span of a month after living in Liberec, the Czech Republic for another month beforehand. His journey started from the Fairytale city of Prague and Ended in the bustling city of Singapore before he made his way back to his studies in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Andrew has lived in three different cities, Jakarta, Perth and Singapore. Though still calls Perth, Home.

If not perpetually studying in the field of Medicine, he enjoys reading by the poolside about other cities and cultures he has yet to travel to. His dream is to one day retire on a Tropical Island surrounded by his loved ones.
